Whether deploying wireless devices, managing inventory, preparing customer orders, supporting retail operations, or launching new business initiatives, our warehouse is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. As our business continues to grow, so will our warehouse operations. Position Summary The Warehouse Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of warehouse operations across all business units within Mobilfy Worldwide. This position supports multiple operating companies and business initiatives by managing inventory, shipping, receiving, device configuration, returns, asset management, order fulfillment, and warehouse organization while ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this individual also works closely with the Finance Department to maintain inventory accuracy, safeguard company assets, and ensure operational integrity across the organization. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Reporting Structure Reports Directly To Director of Operations Works Closely With Finance Department Purchasing Partner Success Sales Executive Leadership Primary Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse Receive incoming inventory from manufacturers, distributors, and vendors Verify product quantities and inspect inventory for accuracy and quality Organize inventory within designated warehouse locations Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and professional warehouse environment Ensure all warehouse procedures and operational standards are consistently followed Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records across all business units Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventories Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve variances Maintain proper asset accountability and inventory security Assist Finance with inventory reporting and reconciliation Order Fulfillment & Logistics Accurately pick customer orders Prepare outbound shipments Professionally package equipment for shipment Generate shipping labels and shipping documentation Coordinate UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight, and courier shipments Stage orders for customer deployments and internal transfers Ensure all customer and internal orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule Device Preparation & Configuration Prepare customer equipment including: Software installation and updates Device provisioning SIM card installation Asset tagging Device labeling Kitting Staging Quality control inspections Final shipment verification Returns & Reverse Logistics Receive returned equipment Inspect product condition Process returns accurately Document returned inventory Restock inventory when appropriate Coordinate defective equipment and warranty processes Operational Excellence Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency Recommend process improvements Assist with documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Help develop scalable warehouse processes that support future business growth Maintain warehouse equipment and workspaces Follow and promote workplace safety standards Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Two or more years of warehouse, logistics, or operations experience Experience with inventory management Shipping and receiving experience Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Comfortable working with technology and business software Experience using Microsoft Office Ability to quickly learn new systems and operational processes Strong communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to safely move inventory throughout the warehouse Comfortable performing repetitive warehouse activities What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Takes ownership of their work Thrives in an organized environment Has a strong sense of urgency Enjoys solving problems Communicates professionally Works well within a collaborative team Can adapt as priorities change Takes pride in accuracy Wants to grow with a rapidly expanding organization Benefits Competitive compensation Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Paid Time Off Monday through Friday schedule No regular weekends Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Why Join Mobilfy Worldwide?
