Now we're growing faster than ever, and we're looking for an HVAC Service Manager ready to take the wheel of our commercial service department.

  • you're leading a service brand customers already trust. What you'll do Run daily operations of the commercial service department
  • preventative maintenance, repairs, emergency service, retrofits, and small projects.
Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of HVAC service technicians and support staff. Coordinate schedules and allocate resources so work gets done on time and done right.
Own departmental performance metrics:
labor utilization, response times, revenue, and profitability. Partner with sales, estimating, and project management to uncover upgrade and expansion opportunities with existing customers. Build lasting customer relationships that drive satisfaction and repeat business
  • and step in personally to resolve escalated issues.
Get out in the field regularly to support your techs, evaluate workmanship, and uphold company standards. Review service reports, proposals, and work orders for accuracy and completeness. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, OSHA standards, and applicable codes. Manage departmental budgets, inventory, vehicles, tools, and equipment. Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain top service talent
  • and lead performance evaluations, training, and career development. What you bring 5-10+ years of commercial HVAC experience, including supervisory or management responsibility. Deep knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
  • controls, boilers, chillers, rooftop units, and building automation systems. Proven experience managing service technicians and coordinating field operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong financial acumen
  • budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Proficiency with service management software, dispatch systems, and Microsoft Office. Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and technical documents. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. The package $120K
