As a key holder, you will be entrusted with opening and closing the store, supervising daily activities, and supporting the management team. Duties Open and close the store securely, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and stock replenishment Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a positive shopping experience Support sales initiatives through effective product knowledge, upselling, and promotional activities Supervise team members during shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure operational efficiency Handle cash register transactions accurately using POS systems and manage cash handling procedures Assist with training new employees on store policies, POS operation, and customer service standards Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or management roles within the retail industry Strong leadership skills with previous supervisory or assistant manager experience Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, merchandising, and operational procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing adjustments, and sales calculations Knowledge of POS systems, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and purchasing processes Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Organizational skills coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to lead a retail team confidently Join us if you're passionate about retail management and eager to grow your leadership capabilities!
