Rehab Department AssistantDepartment Assistant needed for fast-paced inpatient rehabilitation department within long-term care and sub-acute care facility. Responsible for organizing and performing all administrative & related support functions within the department. Responsible for providing non-technical assistance as appropriate, in order to facilitate efficiency of the treating clinicians.

Required experience/skills:

Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel, as well as ability to operate general office equipment.

Ability to communicate effectively, tactfully, and courteously with patients, residents, fellow staff and others.

Possess skills of organizing and arranging priorities.

Ability to work effectively under pressure, and handle interruptions.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
