Job Description
Crystal Springs is looking for someone with great customer service skills to assist our customers in the pro shop. Our Ideal candidate will be able to handle the following responsibilities, while maintaining professionalism and hospitality to our customers. Responsibilities are but not limited to: Spread goodwill among all patrons Warmly welcome each patron Input customers into the computer Answer telephones Sell merchandise to customers Re-stock merchandise Provide the highest possible level of service at all times Perform all duties as prescribed by immediate supervisor Communicate all questions and concerns to immediate supervisor Perform opening procedures as delineated in the operations manual
