May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

- Your schedule must be flexible and be able to work on weekends Duties Manage daily store floor operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS system oversight and floor crew management Oversee inventory control, receiving, merchandising, and supervise a 3-5 person floor crew Oversee routine operations equipment maintenance Requirements Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles within the wine/liquor retail industry or similar retail environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and motivate staff Excellent communication skills in both managerial communication and customer service contexts Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic documentation and book keeping practices •MUST live within a 45 minute public transportation commute.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
