What You'll Do As our Sales Manager, you will oversee the front-of-house operations and lead our retail and service sales strategies. You will bridge the gap between our brilliant creative team and our business goals.

Drive Revenue:

Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for retail sales, service upsells, and package/membership sign-ups.

Front Desk Responsibilities:

answering phone calls, checking guests in and out, recommending retail products and selling memberships.

Analyze & Optimize:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like average ticket value, rebooking rates, and guest retention to identify growth opportunities.

Marketing Partnerships:

Collaborate on salon promotions, product launches, and local events to drive new guest acquisition.

Inventory Management:

Oversee retail inventory, ordering, and merchandising displays to maximize product turnover.

Who You Are Experienced:

You have 2+ years of retail management, hospitality management, or sales leadership experience (beauty/spa industry experience is a massive plus, but not required).

Metrics-Driven:

You love a good spreadsheet and get a rush from hitting and exceeding sales goals.

A Natural Coach:

You know how to motivate front-desk staff and stylists to cross-sell products without feeling "salesy."

A Problem Solver:

You stay calm under pressure and can smoothly handle guest challenges or schedule bottlenecks. Beauty Service Provider - Can also provide a service i.e makeup application, or spray tanning. Schedule & Location Tuesday to Saturday (Requires weekend availability) In-person at our salon location
