Full Job Description Job Description:

The UPS Store location in Little Falls, NJ is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. The Store Manager will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supervising employees, managing store operations, and ensuring customers receive efficient packing, shipping, printing, and business services.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily opening and closing procedures Supervise, train, schedule, and support store associates Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns Assist customers with packing and shipping services Oversee printing, copying, binding, and other business services Maintain inventory and order store supplies Monitor sales and labor expenses Maintain a clean and professional retail environment Perform notary services as needed Communicate store performance and operational issues to ownership

Qualifications:

2+ years of retail management, supervisory, or customer-service leadership experience Strong customer-service and communication skills Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems Ability to manage and motivate employees Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. NJ Notary Public commission preferred; candidates must be willing and eligible to obtain a commission if required Previous The UPS Store experience is preferred but not required
