We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Lead Window Tint Manager & Installer to anchor our automotive window tinting operations. In this dual-role, you will split your time between high-level installation work and overseeing daily shop activities, scheduling, and customer service. Your technical expertise will drive both production and quality control, ensuring every vehicle meets our rigorous standards. Responsibilities Perform high-quality automotive window film installations daily alongside shop operations. Supervise daily shop workflow, client check-ins, and project scheduling to ensure timely delivery. Maintain strict quality control standards to eliminate rework and warranty issues. Communicate with front-desk receptionist when needed. Manage inventory of films, tools, and supplies while keeping the shop organized and efficient.
