Join the Retro Fitness Lincroft Team! Retro Fitness Lincroft is looking for a reliable, outgoing, and motivated team member to join our front desk staff primarily for evening closing and weekend shifts. If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and want to be part of a fun and energetic fitness enviornment, this could be a great fit for you! The Member Experience Associate is responsible for the entire Member Experience, you will be the face of the club; you will be the first person they see when entering the club. You have to have limitless energy and be great at multi-tasking. Ideal candidates for the Membership Experience Associate position will possess the following: A positive and upbeat personality. The ability to multitask. Effective ability to communicate with customers, coworkers, and managers. Punctual, responsible, and detail oriented. CPR/AED training preferred. Responsibilities of the Front Desk include, but are not limited to: Greeting and checking in members as they come in. Resolving customer issues in an effective manner. Membership sales and retention. Selling in store merchandise such as Retro Smoothies, Cooler Drinks, Pro-Shop items etc. Following company policies and procedures. Opening and Closing the facility if scheduled.
