Mattress Firm is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You'll oversee a team of Sleep Experts, manage staffing, training, and performance, and execute merchandising and promotional plans. The Store Manager is responsible for meeting sales goals, controlling expenses, and ensuring accurate inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
