Callie's Creamery is looking for an energetic, responsible, and experienced Shift Leader to help lead our team and keep the store running smoothly. When an owner or manager is not present, the Shift Leader is in charge of the entire store and is responsible for creating a fun, friendly, family-oriented environment while making sure the team is doing their jobs correctly. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the team throughout each shift Assign employees tasks and ensure they are completed Open and close the store Manage breaks and oversee daily operations Handle customer questions and complaints Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly stocked Help train new employees Assist with inventory and communicate when supplies or products need to be replaced Ensure proper portion sizes and product consistency Encourage additional sales such as toppings, larger sizes, and take-home pints Provide an exceptional customer experience
