Job Description

Cafeteria Supervisor Cafeteria - Food-Nutr Svs The Cafeteria Supervisor will: Prepare and maintain employee records and schedules for cafeteria, and provides coverage for roles/shifts as needed. Monitors and controls labor hours to assure budgetary compliance. Lead weekly team huddles and facilitates café staff meetings to communicate updates, reinforce priorities, and support team alignment and performance. Develop and implement cafeteria-specific policies and procedures and ensures effective communication for both new hires and existing staff to support consistent operations and compliance. Ensure cafeteria is set up in accordance with departmental standards and ready for service by designated time. Ensures re-stocking of shelves is completed in a timely manner throughout the day. Review and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and accurate processing of corrections. Directly handles cafeteria refunds, complaints and escalated customer service issues.
Requirements:
Associates' degree preferred. Two (2) or more years leadership experience supervising food service personnel desirable. ServSafe© certification within 6 months of employment in current position.
Salary Range:
53,672.00 - 85,868.00 USD We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials. The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
