Responsibilities Actively engage customers by identifying their needs and recommending suitable mobile devices, plans, and accessories to boost sales. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding and interest. Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring smooth checkout processes. Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a positive customer experience. Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented to attract customer attention. Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cash drawer balancing, and processing retail transactions efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professional phone etiquette, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction. Skills Proven experience with POS systems, retail sales transactions, and cash register operations. Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership in a retail setting is preferred. Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining features clearly to diverse customers. Bilingual skills are a plus for engaging with a broader customer base effectively. Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities. Skilled in upselling techniques that enhance sales while ensuring customer needs are met authentically. Knowledge of retail store merchandising, stock management, and inventory replenishment procedures. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations efficiently.
