Bachelor of Science or Medical Technology degree, ASCP or NCA certification preferred, Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Medical Technologist, Must meet the requirements for qualification of Laboratory Supervisor in the of State of New Jersey and the CAP accreditation guidelines, Must work weekends and holidays as a General Supervisor as needed,

Special Equipment/Skills:

Excellent written and oral communication, computer and organizational skills required, Equipment and instruments used include and not limited to: Microscopes, centrifuges, Hematology/Coagulation instruments and computers, Specialized knowledge in Hematology/Coagulation with ability to work in high volume and labor intensive Department, Assures appropriate reporting of activities of the Department to the Administrative Director, Assist the Pathologists in the educational process of Medical Students and Technologists,
