full-time Join RPI Construction Equipment as the Shop Manager for our heavy construction equipment rental, sale, and service company. We're looking for someone who is: Experienced. - Minimum of 10 years of experience managing a team of at least 10 people in either heavy construction or equipment service and repair. Highly proficient with technology and computer systems. - Must be able to design and implement digital organizational systems without any help from others. Self-sufficiency is key. A great communicator and an authoritative leader. - Able to motivate team members to perform while holding individuals accountable who are not productive. Keeps the upper management in the loop by communicating seamlessly through technology. Mechanically inclined. - Has knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electronics, welding and fabricating.
