Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Department Administrator Supervisor for the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the School of Engineering(SoE). This position has a dual reporting line to both the department chair and to the Dean's Business Office. Among the key duties of the position are the following: Provides overall administrative, business management, supervision, and assessment of performance of the daily operations of the department. Acts as the principal departmental liaison for SoE facilities, personnel, business, and budgetary matters with the SoE Dean's Office and other university business offices. Serves as point of contact for external stakeholders at the direction of the department chair. FLSA Exempt Grade 05 Salary Details Minimum Salary 71447.000 Mid Range Salary 90435.000 Maximum Salary 109422.000 Offer Information The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position.
