Assistant Manager / Customer Service Manager We are looking for a motivated and positive Assistant Manager to join our team and take a leadership role in customer service and daily store operations. The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience, enjoy working with customers and staff, and bring a positive, team-oriented attitude to work every day. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, leading by example, and helping a team succeed. Hardware experience is not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate on our products and systems. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a commitment to excellent customer service, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service. Provide hands-on training and coaching to improve employees' product knowledge and sales skills. Lead by example and create a positive, customer-focused environment. Open and close the store as needed. Delegate daily tasks and responsibilities to staff and follow up to ensure they are completed properly and on time. Assist with day-to-day store operations and other management responsibilities. Help resolve customer questions, concerns, and service issues in a professional manner. Work closely with the store team to improve efficiency, sales, and the overall customer experience. The Ideal Candidate Previous retail or management experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Dependable, organized, and able to take initiative. Comfortable leading, coaching, and motivating a team. Willingness to learn our products and develop strong hardware knowledge. Enjoys working in a hands-on, fast-paced retail environment. Able to lead by example and create a positive experience for both customers and employees. Must be available to work weekends but usually not both days. Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand and walk for up to 8 hours during shift.
