What You'll Do Lead by example and ensure a positive, team-oriented shift experience Support the management team by assigning tasks and coaching crew members throughout the shift Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to all guests Maintain store cleanliness and ensure food safety procedures are followed Monitor shift performance and help meet sales and labor targets Open and close the restaurant as needed, following brand standards Handle minor customer concerns and escalate as needed What You Bring Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role (food service or retail preferred) Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask and work well under pressure A positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction Must be at least 18 years old Willingness to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Perks and Benefits When you join the Dunkin' crew, you're not just joining a job—you're joining a brand that invests in you.
