Mill Creek Laundromat in Manahawkin is a busy full-service laundromat — self-serve, wash-dry-fold, dry cleaning, pickup & delivery. We're hiring a working manager to run the store day to day. This is a hands-on job. You work shifts on the floor, not from an office. What you'll do:

• Open and close the store; work the counter and wash-dry-fold
• Build the weekly schedule and own it — every shift covered, no gaps. You handle updates and shift swaps.
• Train and lead a small team
• Keep daily store duties done to checklist, every day
• Handle customer issues on the spot What we need from you:
• Experience scheduling and leading a small staff (retail, food service, hospitality backgrounds all work)
• You know your way around laundry — we'll train you on our systems and how we do things
• Weekend availability, non-negotiable
• Reliable, shows initiative, takes feedback without drama The deal: $21
• 23/hr to start depending on experience, plus tips.

Written review at 90 days with a raise of $1-2/hr on the table if the store runs clean: shifts covered, no scheduling issues, duties done, and you're solving problems on your own.
