HVAC Service Manager, Commercial Voorhees, NJ Compensation:
$125,000 to $175,000 per year A leading HVAC mechanical company serving the Philadelphia area is hiring a Service Manager to supervise and manage its commercial HVAC service department. The company offers a competitive compensation package including matching 401(k), car allowance, PTO, telehealth visits, and life, dental, medical and disability insurance. This is a non-union position with a growing service department. Schedule Full time. Compensation $125,000 to $175,000 per year, plus bonus. What You'll Do This role is responsible for the scheduling, execution, billing and completion of service, warranty and emergency jobs within the commercial HVAC service department. The Service Manager develops the department budget and is accountable for meeting revenue and gross margin targets, communicating regularly with customers, vendors, suppliers and technicians to execute plans and programs. The role also owns monthly financial performance analysis, reporting results to management and taking corrective action as needed, and manages assets efficiently, including inventory and company service vehicles. The Service Manager builds a high-performance culture through annual performance reviews and development initiatives, and supervises, trains and develops all branch HVAC service technicians. Required Qualifications 4 or more years of experience leading and growing a commercial HVAC service department Experience managing service scheduling, billing and warranty/emergency job completion Experience developing budgets and managing revenue and gross margin targets Experience with financial performance reporting and analysis Experience supervising, training and developing HVAC service technicians Preferred Qualifications 5 or more years of commercial HVAC service department leadership experience Experience with asset management, including service vehicle and inventory oversight Familiarity with ASHRAE standards and MEP systems Compensation and Benefits $125,000 to $175,000 per year, plus bonus Matching 401(k) Car allowance Paid time off Telehealth visits Life, dental, medical and disability insurance To apply , submit your resume for consideration.
