The Store Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations, including team leadership, staffing, scheduling, customer service, inventory, and store performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes ownership, develops a strong team, and maintains high standards for quality, cleanliness, and service. You will also be responsible for controlling labor and food costs while driving sales and profitability. Previous Dunkin' management experience is strongly preferred, although experienced QSR managers will also be considered. Duties & Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth, efficient shifts. Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop crew members and shift leaders. Maintain appropriate staffing levels and ensure reliable shift coverage. Deliver excellent guest service and quickly resolve customer concerns. Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, waste, inventory, and product ordering. Drive sales and profitability while meeting store performance goals. Maintain Dunkin' standards for product quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Ensure proper cash handling, deposits, register controls, and store security procedures. Manage inventory counts, ordering, receiving, and product availability. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health department, and company requirements. Maintain equipment and facility standards and promptly address maintenance issues. Lead by example and be willing to work alongside the team during busy periods. Communicate store performance, staffing concerns, and operational issues with ownership/management. Requirements Previous restaurant or QSR management experience required. Previous Dunkin' management experience strongly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to recruit, train, motivate, and hold employees accountable. Understanding of labor management, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and restaurant profitability. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong reliability, professionalism, and sense of ownership. Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to meet the physical requirements of restaurant operations, including standing for extended periods.
