Assistant Manager

We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic people who are eager to be a part of the cannabis industry and help customers navigate the wide world of cannabis. We are hiring for full-time and seasonal positions. Primary responsibilities Greeting and checking in customers Advising customers on the best product for their needs and preferences Processing payments through a point-of-sale system and cash handling Ensuring product security and compliance Maintaining store appearance and organization Managing budtenders Vetting new product to potentially carry Handling daily cash reconciliation Handling product receiving and vendor payments Handling product entry and availability on salesfloor Organizing inventory and ensuring product security and compliance Assisting customers with sales and complaints Required qualifications Must be 21 years of age Outstanding customer service and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable and professional Full-time availability and ability to work nights and weekends Previous retail and/or food service experience is preferred but not required. We provide an extensive training program on product knowledge and compliance requirements, with opportunities for continuing education. Benefits include paid sick leave and employee discounts.
