Full Time:

32-40 hours per week Job Summary The Retail Key Holder supports store management by overseeing daily operations, leading frontline staff, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role is hands-on, balancing sales floor leadership with operational responsibilities to meet performance goals and maintain brand standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support retail associates during shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer concerns Assist with staff training, onboarding, and ongoing coaching to improve performance Monitor sales performance and help drive revenue through upselling and merchandising standards Open and close the store as required, following cash handling and security procedures Ensure store appearance, visual merchandising, and inventory levels meet company standards Enforce company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures Communicate effectively with store management regarding staffing, performance, and operational issues Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred) Previous retail experience required; supervisory or key-holder experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills and comfort with POS systems Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Skills & Competencies Customer-focused mindset Team leadership and coaching Time management and organization Sales-driven and results-oriented Conflict resolution and decision-making Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment Experienced in operations picking, packing, shipping Expereinced in outreach and clienteling Work Environment Retail store setting Standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment
