Job Description
Job Summary Rhodes Ranch Golf Club is seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Golf Shop Supervisor to support the Head Golf Professional with daily golf shop operations. This position assists with staff supervision and scheduling, office and administrative duties, tee sheet and POS operations, merchandise and inventory, tournaments, and overall guest service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist with daily Golf Shop operations and supervise staff Coordinate employee schedules and assist with training and onboarding Handle daily office and administrative duties, reports, and operational paperwork Manage tee sheet operations, reservations, player check-in, and POS transactions Assist with merchandise receiving, inventory, pricing, displays, and ordering Communicate with vendors as needed Coordinate tournaments, outings, leagues, and special events Handle opening and closing procedures, cash management, and daily reporting Assist with coordination of Outside Services, starters, and marshals Address guest concerns and maintain high customer service standards Support the Head Golf Professional and management team with daily operational needs Qualifications Previous golf operations, Golf Shop, retail, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Staff scheduling or supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of ForeUp, GolfNow 360, and POS systems preferred Comfortable with basic office software, reports, scheduling, and inventory management General knowledge of golf and golf operations preferred
PGA, PGA
Associate, or PGM experience is a plus but not required Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed Compensation & Benefits $18.00 per hour Full-time position Golf privileges and employee discounts Opportunities for professional development and advancementPay:
