Support overall company initiatives and communicate with messaging consistent with management to technicians Improve store performance as required through Key Performance Indicator report Work with field leadership to hire and retain qualified technicians and sales staff Manage shop performance and effectively coach and mentor technicians and sales team Support a training culture through participation in company training initiatives and continuous learning Supervise and promote the sale of all company products and services by all personnel Collaborate with District Manager to identify focus areas Promote Employee Engagement of the 400% rule and 4 Pillars through shoulder to shoulder training and the demonstration of leadership skills What you should possess: High school diploma or GED preferred 2-3 years' management experience in automotive repair and service Excellent customer service skills and experience is required Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required Experience working independently with minimal supervision is required Spanish speaking a plus
