We're working hard to find a 'results oriented' part-time leader to help manage our Pleasant Hill location and be head honcho when our Store Managers are not around! This is where you come in… We're looking for a Shift Lead to help lead our Pleasant Hill Store! The Shift Lead models our commitment to our customers & other team members. They lead the daily operations of the store and challenge our team to uphold our mission every day! This is what a successful team member does… Inspirational Leader Acts as Service Leader at times, ensuring all financial transactions as well as service standards are met. Promotes a culture centered around our behaviors that attracts, retains, and develops the highest quality team members. Inspires a shared purpose and engagement. Delivers Operational Excellence from Promotional Awareness, System Knowledge, Standard Operating Procedures and Excellent Product Knowledge. Executes quality store openings and closings, troubleshoots issues and demonstrates pride in the store. Champions the ongoing spirit of development and professional growth across the team. Listens to the needs of our customers and enhances the customer experience through continuous improvement.
