Drive Results. Build Your Career. We're seeking an experienced Department Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a customer-focused setting, enjoys developing teams, and has a strong background in inventory management and operational excellence. Pay is $18.60 - $22.00 (DOE) What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3-7 associates to achieve department goals. Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally. Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising standards. Monitor department performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and sales. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Handle employee and customer issues with confidence and professionalism. Track key metrics and follow through on action plans to achieve results. Utilize computer systems and reporting tools to support department operations. What We're Looking For Experience working in a high-volume retail or big-box environment. Previous supervisory or management experience leading teams of 3-7 employees. Strong inventory management experience. Excellent follow-up, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Computer literacy and proficiency with common business applications. Ability to calculate discounts, percentages, proportions, interest, area, mass, and volume. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of customer service experience. Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
