We are looking for a hospitality professional who understands the level of service, attention to detail, and consistency expected in an upscale dining environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can effectively manage day-to-day restaurant operations while creating an exceptional experience for both our guests and our team. Position Details  Full-time management position  Approximately 45-50 hours per week  5-6 days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require  Annual salary of $60,000-$75,000, negotiated based on experience and qualifications Qualifications Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience. Fine dining, upscale restaurant, steakhouse, or high-volume hospitality experience is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone with excellent leadership and communication skills, a professional presence, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to remain composed and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities The Restaurant Manager will play an active role in all aspects of restaurant operations, including:  Leading and supervising front-of-house staff during daily service  Creating employee schedules and maintaining appropriate staffing levels  Interviewing, hiring, training, and developing employees  Coaching staff and addressing performance or disciplinary concerns when necessary  Managing food, beverage, liquor, and operating supply ordering  Monitoring inventory levels, costs, waste, and overall operational efficiency  Ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining the high standards expected of a luxury dining establishment  Building relationships with guests and professionally resolving questions, concerns, and service issues  Overseeing opening and closing procedures  Maintaining restaurant cleanliness, organization, presentation, and overall ambiance  Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, liquor, and company policies  Working closely with culinary leadership to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house  Assisting with reservations, special events, private dining, and VIP guest experiences  Maintaining a positive, professional, accountable workplace culture  Leading by example and remaining visible and engaged throughout service Compensation & Benefits In addition to a competitive salary, our compensation package includes:  $60,000-$75,000 annual salary, based on experience  Paid vacation  Paid sick time  Health insurance  401(k)  Opportunity to become an integral part of the leadership team of one of downtown Buffalo's premier dining experiences This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced restaurant professional who takes pride in hospitality, enjoys leading a team, and thrives in an elevated, service-driven environment.
