You'll oversee daily operations, motivate team members, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers. Whether managing inventory, training staff, or handling sales transactions, your proactive approach will help elevate our store's performance and foster a welcoming atmosphere. Lead and supervise sales associates to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service. Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) systems. Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase store visibility and sales performance. Proven experience in retail sales with supervisory or assistant management responsibilities. Strong leadership skills with a background in team management and supervising staff. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases. Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and retail merchandising techniques. Exceptional communication skills paired with a positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
