BJ's Wholesale Club is hiring an Assistant Overnight Manager to support overnight operations and member service. This role helps lead freight unloading, stocking, merchandising, and club readiness for opening. You'll supervise overnight team members, assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met. The Assistant Overnight Manager supports inventory control, shrink reduction, and accurate signage and pricing. You will help train and coach team members, resolve member issues, and uphold BJ's policies while maintaining a member-focused, fast-paced and collaborative environment with growth opportunities.
