Job Grade 3 Job Tier 1 Career Area Retail Operations Supervisor Yes Job Qualifications One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required. If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting. Additional Qualifications/Requirements Candidate will need to be able to work a varied/rotating schedule within the hours of 0500-2000 Monday through Saturday. Job Summary Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations dealing with merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting and reordering of goods. Essential Job Functions Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations. Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory. Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction. Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth. Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with applicable directives, policies and procedures. Actively supports and implements applicable EEO laws and programs within the Exchange. Assumes other related responsibilities as assigned. Qualification Requirements One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required.
