Responsibilities Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service experiences Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and facilities maintenance Handle client communication effectively, resolving conflicts promptly while maintaining professional phone etiquette and customer relationships Conduct regular staff training to grow operational and automotive knowledge of the Team. Monitor budgeting activities, control expenses, and optimize upselling opportunities to maximize revenue streams Requirements Automotive parts knowledge is required.
