  • Problem solving skills Responsibilities Assist the store manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
Supervise and motivate retail staff, providing guidance on sales techniques, customer interactions, and product knowledge. Participate in recruiting efforts by conducting interviews and onboarding new employees to build a high-performing team. Manage employee scheduling and shift assignments Maintain inventory control through stock ordering Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and cash handling procedures. Support training and development initiatives to enhance team skills in retail math, POS systems, customer service, and operational procedures. Skills Strong management skills with experience supervising retail sales teams Excellent communication skills including managerial communication, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic bookkeeping practices. Demonstrated leadership with experience in training & development, team management, and operational oversight.
