Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to oversee multiple store locations across Long Island. The ideal candidate has a strong background in coffee operations and a proven track record of managing multi-unit retail environments. This role is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day success of our stores while building high-performing teams and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across multiple locations to ensure consistency and efficiency Recruit, hire, train, and develop store staff and management teams Create and manage employee schedules to meet business needs Maintain high standards in coffee quality, preparation, and customer experience Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Implement and monitor loss prevention strategies Analyze performance metrics and drive profitability across all locations Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture

Qualifications:

3+ years of multi-unit management experience (retail, convenience, or café preferred) Strong background in coffee operations (e.g., café, coffee chain, or specialty coffee environment) Proven leadership and team-building skills Experience with inventory management, ordering systems, and loss prevention Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
