is a fast-growing creative events company where art, music, culture, events, and high energy collide. One day you may help lead a packed birthday party. The next, you're managing a graffiti workshop, school program, camp, corporate team-building event, or special activation. We're looking for more than someone who can work a shift. We're looking for someone who can help run a studio. This position is designed for a strong leader who can take ownership, manage people, solve problems, maintain high standards, and create an incredible customer experience. You don't need to be a professional artist. You do need to be dependable, organized, confident with people, and ready to lead. For the right person, this role is intended to become a pathway to Studio Manager asGRAFF LAB STUDIO

When the studio gets busy, you're the person helping bring structure to the chaos. We're looking for someone who can eventually be trusted to run a successful shift — and ultimately a successful studio — without constant supervision.
