Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

The Opportunity We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who enjoys working with customers, has an eye for style and presentation, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Assist with daily store operations and opening/closing procedures Provide exceptional customer service and build customer relationships Lead, train, and motivate team members Assist with scheduling and staffing Manage inventory, receiving, replenishment, and organization Help drive sales and achieve store goals Maintain attractive visual merchandising and store presentation Support the Store Manager with day-to-day needs Foster a positive and collaborative team environment Qualifications Previous retail management or leadership experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong leadership and organizational abilities Positive, energetic, and professional attitude Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment Experience with inventory and POS systems preferred Strong sales and merchandising skills Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed Compensation Salary negotiable based on experience.
