Assistant Retail Manager

Assistant Retail Manager Beck's Hardware Assistant Manager - Hardware Store We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has strong hardware product knowledge and leadership experience in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day store operations and opening/closing procedures Supervise and support sales associates Provide expert customer assistance on tools, building materials, plumbing, electrical, and paint products Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and high customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

2+ years of retail experience (hardware/home improvement preferred) Previous supervisory experience is an asset Strong customer service and communication skills Basic POS and inventory system knowledge Must be able to lift merchandise and work flexible hours, including weekends.

Full-time Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
