Responsibilities Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service standards Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and engagement Manage employee scheduling, payroll processing, and employee orientation programs Oversee purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and merchandising to maximize profitability Maintain accurate inventory control through regular stock checks and POS system management Ensure compliance with state cannabis regulations and company policies at all times Handle cash transactions, cashiering duties, and cash handling procedures with integrity Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while fostering a welcoming environment for customers Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training & development opportunities for staff Manage operational tasks such as bookkeeping, budgeting, and store maintenance to ensure smooth daily functions Qualifications Proven management experience in retail or dispensary environments with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and retail math principles Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Demonstrated skills in negotiation, recruiting, team management, and customer service excellence Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, purchasing, and inventory control procedures Familiarity with cannabis industry regulations and compliance standards is preferred but not required Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain organizational efficiency under pressure Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Basic math skills for daily operations such as pricing adjustments and sales calculations Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in store merchandising and stock stocking tasks Join us as a Cannabis Dispensary Manager to lead a vibrant team dedicated to providing outstanding service while advancing your career in an innovative industry.
