We're looking for someone who can lead a team, stay organized during busy hours, and take ownership of problems as they come up. Responsibilities Manage the store's daily operations and keep the team working efficiently. Create and communicate employee schedules. Supervise, train, and hold employees accountable for their work and customer service. Welcome customers, answer questions, and address concerns professionally. Inspect vehicles before they leave to make sure our wash and finishing standards are met. Resolve service issues, employee concerns, and unexpected problems at the shop. Keep the work area organized and help the team maintain a safe, professional environment. What we're looking for Experience managing a team in a car wash, detailing shop, or other fast-paced service business. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. The ability to lead by example and make decisions under pressure. Reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to step in wherever needed.
