Job description: Print Shop Sales and Operations Lead About the Opportunity Minuteman Press - Blue Ash, Ohio, is an established and growing digital printing and marketing business entering an exciting phase of expansion. We're seeking a driven and experienced leader to oversee store operations, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional client experiences. This is a leadership opportunity for a high-performing CSR, print production specialist, or graphic designer ready to step up and manage all aspects of a print and marketing services operation. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and production workflow, ensuring projects move from quote → approval → print → invoice → delivery with speed, accuracy, and accountability.
- Lead morning production meetings, manage schedules, and maintain clear communication across all departments.
- Provide prompt, professional, and energetic customer service — answer calls quickly, respond to inquiries within minutes, and maintain a sense of urgency throughout the order process.
- Prepare accurate quotes immediately upon request and follow up within 24 hours to convert inquiries into orders.
- Coordinate artwork, proofs, and approvals efficiently to avoid production delays.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, seek referrals, and explore new revenue opportunities. Performance & Bonus Targets
- Demonstrate consistent speed, accuracy, and follow-through in all tasks.
- Ensure projects flow from inquiry to delivery with minimal errors or rework.
- Actively convert quotes and inquiries into confirmed production orders.
