This role supports new hire onboarding, employment documentation, timecard monitoring, payroll reporting, and cash control processes while maintaining alignment with company policies and audit requirements. Key Responsibilities Support new hire onboarding processes, including coordination of required documentation and onboarding materials Ensure completion and accuracy of I-9 employment verification and employee records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements Monitor employee timecards for accuracy and compliance, escalating discrepancies as needed Prepare and submit weekly payroll reporting in accordance with company timelines Maintain accurate administrative records, documentation, and required postings Oversee daily cash room operations to ensure accurate handling, processing, and security of funds Ensure compliance with all company cash handling policies, procedures, and audit requirements Monitor cash counts, reconciliations, and variances, ensuring discrepancies are investigated and resolved Maintain accurate cash records and reporting documentation Ensure proper controls are in place for cash access, transactions, and secure storage Coordinate with management, front-end, and operational teams to support administrative and financial processes Identify risks, inconsistencies, or compliance gaps and escalate or implement corrective actions Maintain organization, security, and cleanliness of both administrative and cash handling areas Qualifications Previous experience in administrative, payroll, cash handling, or financial operations Strong understanding of documentation accuracy, compliance, and cash control procedures Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across administrative and financial functions High level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Experience with onboarding, I-9 processing, payroll, and cash handling operations Familiarity with audit standards and internal controls Experience in retail, warehouse, or high-volume operational environments Work Environment / Expectations Combination of office and secured cash room environment. Requires working with documentation, payroll systems, and cash handling processes while maintaining strict adherence to security and compliance protocols. May require schedule flexibility to meet payroll and operational deadlines.
