What You'll Do Deliver exceptional customer service in a retail environment. Assist customers by identifying their needs and explaining available wireless and home service options. Support account setup and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish. Learn daily retail operations, customer engagement, and team support. Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training. Build communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Work collaboratively with team members to support store goals and maintain high service standards. We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face. Reliable, professional, and dependable. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Interest in leadership and career advancement. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, restaurants, banking, wireless sales, or supervisory roles is a plus, but not required.
