As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee store operations, including buying and selling gently used clothing and accessories, loss prevention, merchandising, and team supervision. Working Conditions and Expectations Required to work 40-42 hours per week, including 2 nights and rotating weekends Frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, and repetitive lifting Vision, coordination, and reading requirements consistent with inspecting items closely and efficiently Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. Experience and License Requirements Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 pounds Ability to work 2 evenings a week and rotating weekends At minimum 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant or other fast-paced environments (optional)
