Responsibilities Supervise daily store activities, including, inventory control, and customer service interactions. Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management. Oversee employee scheduling, shift management, and payroll processing to ensure optimal staffing levels. Manage inventory levels by coordinating stock replenishment, merchandising, and stock rotation to maximize sales opportunities. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude. Conduct interviews for potential new hires, participate in recruiting efforts, and assist with onboarding processes. Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, pricing adjustments, and cash handling procedures accurately. Support operational management tasks such as budgeting, purchasing, and maintaining store standards in line with company policies. Requirements Proven supervisory or managerial experience within the retail industry or similar environment. Strong knowledge of residential remodeling techniques, inventory management.
