A Retail Associate Manager assists the manager at a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. Supervises sales associates and retail store operations. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. May prepare work schedules and hire, train and evaluate sales associates. May supervise warehouse, cleaning, maintenance or security staff. Assists with resolving customer complaints.

The management opportunities include:

Key Carriers , Managers in Training , and Assistant Store Managers . The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant management experience in a retail or grocery environment, or an equivalent combination of experience and skills. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule which includes; nights, weekends, and holidays.
