Our Managers are working managers, responsible for selling products, in a wholesale/retail setting. You will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships, and building new relationships to drive company revenue. Pay is based on experirence. Job Title:

Auto Parts Store Manager Duties:

• Manage and oversee the parts store, including inventory control, routing drivers, stocking, ordering, and customer relations
• Ensure timely delivery of parts to customers and service technicians
• Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions according to company policy
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
• Train and supervise parts department staff
• Create and implement marketing strategies to increase parts sales Welcome and identify customer needs Explain products and services to customers Make outgoing phone sales calls Monitor inventory to ensure the product is in stock Enter and process customer orders Investigate and resolve customer complaints Inventory cycle counts
