Job Description

Tours Department Manager Part Time and/or Full Time At Jungle Jim's, we're always looking for talented and experienced professionals to help us grow our business. As a Tours Department Manger, you get to be the senior explorer extraordinaire guiding new and eager adventurers through one of the largest International markets in the world. Our Managers are given a lot of responsibilities, but they're also given the ability to make decisions and try new things. We want to see you grow and develop your career with us. Job Duties Work the floor alongside staff to set an example, promote a positive environment, and stay in touch with employees and customers. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.

• Oversee training for all employees in your department. Identify coaching opportunities to help employees continuously improve so they can continue to grow professionally and personally. Process paperwork and perform clerical and administrative tasks. Requirements Continuous interaction with customers and co-workers in a fast-paced environment. Clear communication skills with large groups exceeding 40+ Guests. Schedule entails flexible hours. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer, math, and data entry skills. Ability to travel to the Eastgate location for training and occasional meetings. Comfortable with email and learning new programs. Must pass a required criminal background check. Must be 18 or older. Preferred Skills Public Speaking. Adequate knife handling skills. Knowledge of perishables, product rotation, and safe food handling practices. As the face of the company for every tour and scavenger hunt, high energy, professionalism, and organizational skills are all necessary traits for this position. Benefits Competitive pay.

Employee Discount:
