Duties Lead and supervise retail staff, Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales opportunities Conduct employee orientation sessions and strong customer service skills Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive shopping experience Qualifications Proven supervisory or managerial experience in retail or similar customer-focused environments Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, inventory management, POS systems, and cash/credit handling procedures Excellent hygiene and clean attire Demonstrated ability to manage store operations including budgeting, merchandising, pricing, and stock control Familiarity with retail industry sales team management and retail math calculations for sales analysis and inventory assessments Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, and processing Previous experience in grocery or wireless sales environments is advantageous Strong leadership qualities with the ability to supervise staff and foster teamwork across shifts Join us as a Manager/Clerk where your energy drives success!
