Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Kotsovos Furs and Fine Apparel in Montgomery, OH. The person in this role oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory monitoring, and sales floor organization. Responsibilities include leading and coaching the sales team, setting service standards, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
